New Year, Same Old Baen,

Hope everyone is enjoying the first few weeks of the new year!  Be on the lookout soon for Baen's 2019 Newsletter.   Also, Baen wanted to share the Real Estate Investments Class Evaluations with everyone, since most of you have attended this class (see below).  Quote from Baen "////   nothing has changed since they went to school////  I am still a mess…and not everyone loves me".  I will be sending the full evaluation in a subsequent email with the full job descriptions summarized below.
